Amber Velasquez made all of the participants feel at ease and able to ask any questions even if we thought it might be ridiculous. She involved the participants in the program, providing hands-on practice. She cleared up many misconceptions and alerted us to several changes in first aid/CPR practices. I would certainly recommend her to any other organization that needed first aid/CPR training!

Over this year, Amber Velasquez has instructed classes in CPR and First Aid for a good part of the 600 plus employees of Mesa Public School, Transportation Department. Amber does an excellent job and is very easy to work with. I know she will give you the same commitment to excellence.

Thank you for coming out today to teach a class in CPR, Basic First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens! What an awesome class. We all had a great time and learned tons! Thanks again!

My first experience with Desert Heart CPR was a very impressive one. From the moment I first initiated contact with Charles he made me feel very confident that I could rely on his services. Since this is a school environment we held our CPR/First Aid class on a Saturday. Charles (our instructor) arrived on time and taught the class in a way that was easy to understand and he was able to make everyone feel comfortable in performing the tasks at hand. He was very knowledgeable in his field and answered all questions that were asked of him. Everyone who attended felt confident that they could use the information that was taught to them in their day to day operations if needed. I would strongly recommend Desert Heart CPR.

Amber Velasquez worked for me when I was the Training Center Coordinator for an American Heart Association training center. For more than two years Amber was one of my lead instructors. She managed the content and delivery of our resuscitation and First Aid programs to clients across the valley and state. As a senior instructor, Amber mentored other instructors and managed her classes in the utmost professional manner. Clients and students would often tell me that Amber was one of the best instructors they have ever had. Amber only provided the most current and credible content that accurately reflects the national standards in CPR and First Aid set forth by the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR). Choosing Amber as your instructor, you will ensure your employees are receiving quality training that will ensure they are truly prepared for a real emergency.
